🚚 Fulfillment & Shipping: Local and hybrid families can pick up physical items during Check-In at the facility. For our Virtual and DIY families, flat-rate shipping options are available at checkout! Please allow 48 hours of lead time for our team to assemble custom Supply Kits and Sensory Bins prior to pickup or shipment.

🧑🏫 Support Scheduling: Tutoring sessions must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 

🚌 Excursion Policy: Field trip passes secure entry and roster placement for our scheduled Week 3 and Week 6 excursions. Transportation is not provided; families are responsible for travel to and from venues.
