Philosophy and Scope Curriculum Agents provides a supplemental, community-based educational ecosystem centered on social enrichment and curiosity-driven learning. Our services are not intended to replace formal academic instruction, compulsory schooling, or medical treatment.

Disclaimer of Results

  • No Outcomes Guaranteed: We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding specific academic, behavioral, or developmental outcomes.

  • No Future Success Warranty: Participation does not guarantee future academic honors, admission to specific institutions, or eligibility for scholarships.

  • Variable Nature of Learning: Learning occurs organically through hands-on projects and experiential play. Individual child engagement will vary and is not monitored for specific performance metrics.

  • Independent Contractors: Tutors and facilitators operate as independent contractors, and we do not control individual instructional methods beyond the program scope.

Caregiver Requirements Our programs are NOT drop-off programs. A parent or authorized caregiver must remain on-site at all times and retains full responsibility for the child’s safety, behavior, and personal needs.

Allergen Policy All programs operate as a nut-free zone. Any food brought on-site must be free from common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and shellfish. We do not provide food or administer medication.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curriculum Agents, LLC from claims arising from participation.
