Information Collection Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current information during enrollment, including allergies, medical conditions, sensory sensitivities, and behavioral considerations. This data is used solely for the safety and administration of our programs.

Third-Party Tools We utilize third-party platforms such as Google, Tevello, Canva, and Adobe for service delivery and payment processing. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies, and Curriculum Agents is not responsible for their data practices.

Media and Photography

• No child will be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes without written parental consent.

• Parents must complete a Photo & Media Release Waiver indicating their preference (Consent or Decline).

• Children will never be identified by name or personal identifying information in published media.

• Consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a written request; revocation applies prospectively and does not require removal of previously published materials.
