Welcome to the registration portal for the Fall 2026 school year! We are excited to partner with your family as part of our learning village.

Important Financial Information

Registration Fee (Due Today) A non-refundable annual registration fee is required at the end of this form to reserve your learner's spot for the upcoming school year. This fee covers enrollment processing, administrative onboarding, and our required $1,000,000-per-occurrence liability insurance coverage.

Tuition Payments Tuition is not being collected today. Based on the payment option you select later in this form (Weekly Flex-Pay, 6-Week Block, or Annual), a separate tuition invoice will be issued before the start of your first session.

I understand that the annual registration fee is due upfront today to secure my learner's spot, and that tuition will be invoiced separately at a later date based on my selected payment option.

Village Support Network

Our community is built around a village-style model, with parents and guardians remaining active partners during our sessions. This is not a drop-off program. To help ensure your family is supported when unexpected situations arise, please provide contact information for one or more trusted adults who can be reached in an emergency or who are authorized to support your learner if you need to leave a session unexpectedly.

Terms & Community Agreements

To maintain a safe, supportive, and collaborative learning environment for all of our families, we ask that you review and agree to our community guidelines, liability waiver, and photo release terms.

I acknowledge that this is a collaborative, village-style learning space and agree to remain on-site and actively participate during sessions.

Liability Release & Safety Agreements

On-Site Safety & Supervision
Because our community operates on an active, collaborative partnership model, parents and guardians remain on-site and fully responsible for the direct supervision of their own learners at all times during our sessions. Our facilitators are here to guide experiences, host discovery modules, and cultivate the environment, but they do not provide childcare or solo supervision.

Assumption of Risk
We engage in hands-on, experiential learning projects, community activities, and collaborative play. By participating, you acknowledge that these activities carry inherent, minor risks of everyday childhood bumps, scrapes, or accidents. You agree to assume all risks associated with your family's participation in these collaborative sessions.

Release of Liability
You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Curriculum Agents LLC, our community facilitators, hosts, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or injuries arising out of or connected with participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence.

Emergency Medical Care
In the rare event of a medical emergency where you are temporarily unable to direct care, you authorize our community team to take necessary safety steps, including contacting emergency services (911) or utilizing the trusted adult backups provided on Page 4 of this registration.

Private Community Media Sharing *

NO - I DO NOT wish for my learner's photos or videos to be shared within the private community platform.

Promotional & Marketing Media Permission *

YES - You have permission to use photos or videos of my learner for promotional materials (such as flyers, website updates, or social media updates).
NO- I DO NOT grant permission for my learner's photos or videos to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
